Multi-Client System Training Sessions
What are Multi-Client Training sessions?
Held roughly every two weeks (pending holidays and volume of interest), Multi-Client Training (MCT) sessions are three days of training and practice on System Basics. Sessions are held Tuesday through Thursday, 12:00-5:30pm EST.
MCT allows us to provide folks with the necessary Spektrix training in a consistent and clear manner, while also providing a great opportunity for you to get to know other Spektrix users. During the sessions, we will utilize breakout rooms to provide time for users from the same organization to practice together.
These sessions are recorded and emailed to those who have attended, typically within a week following the session. Additionally, for a short time after training, attendees will be able to utilize a practice demo system outside of their own run or live systems.
Who are these sessions for?
These sessions are intended for anyone based in the USA or Canada who's either brand new to the Spektrix system or is looking for a refresher, such as:
Individuals whose organizations are in the process of going live with Spektrix
Individuals who are new to an organization already live with Spektrix
Individuals looking for a brush up in a specific area
Training sessions are led by experienced Support and Training Specialists who have a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to getting the most from Spektrix. You’ll often find us answering your Support tickets or delivering consultations when we aren’t training.

What other training options are available?
If you want to brush up your skills in a particular area of the system, but don't want to commit to a whole three days of Multi-Client Training, you can also take part in our regular Online System Training webinars. Webinars are typically two hours long, and each one covers a different area of the system and its functionality.
